Infertility, Adoption, & Pregnancy Loss
The longing to become a parent can be powerful—and when that path is uncertain, complicated, or out of reach, the grief can be profound. Infertility treatments, pregnancy loss, and the unpredictability of adoption can take a deep emotional toll. You may find yourself carrying hope, grief, anger, and exhaustion all at once. In our work together, you won’t hear platitudes or quick fixes. You’ll have a space where your experience is honored, your feelings are welcomed, and where we can gently find ways to navigate what comes next.
Support for Children
Children experience grief too—even when it doesn’t always look the way we expect. I work primarily in person with children navigating all kinds of loss, from major life changes to deeply personal transitions. Using stories, play, art, and gentle conversation, I create a safe space where children (and their grown-ups) can begin to understand what they’re feeling. Together, we build the tools, support, and confidence needed to move through these difficult seasons with care and resilience.
How can I help?
Coping with Life-Changing News
There are moments that divide life into “before” and “after”—a phone call, a result, a loss, a message that changes everything. In the wake of life-altering news, it’s easy to feel ungrounded and alone. You deserve a space where you can bring the full weight of what you’re carrying—whether that’s grief, anger, fear, or silence. Together, we’ll sit with what is, and when the time feels right, begin to gently find a path forward.
Caregiver Support
When you spend so much of your time caring for others, it can take a real toll. Over time, you may start to feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stretched too thin. In our work together, we’ll process the weight of these responsibilities, build sustainable ways for you to care for yourself, and find practical support systems that help ease the load.
Grief Therapy
Grief isn’t limited to losing someone you love. It can arise from any meaningful loss: a relationship ending, family distance, a career shift, a move, or even the quiet realization that life hasn’t unfolded the way you hoped. These experiences can leave you feeling disoriented, heavy, or alone.
In grief therapy, you’ll have space to be exactly where you are—to process, to make sense of what’s changed, and to slowly begin rebuilding in a way that feels authentic and supportive to you.
Anxiety & Depression Support
If life has been feeling heavy or too much to carry, you’re not alone. Whether this is something you’ve faced before or it’s new, support is here. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, build coping strategies that work for you, and nurture a sense of connection, balance, and self-compassion.
